1. RULES CHANGES: The following rules of the Tournament will remain unchanged. Interpretation of these rules will be left exclusively to the Tournament Rules Committee. The decision of the tournament officials shall be final in all matters.

2. REGISTRATION AT MARINA: Each contestant must be registered at the marina at the time prescribed on the schedule of events.

3. SAFETY: Safe motoring conduct must be observed at all tiems by all tournament participants. Caution and safety must be observed on morning take-offs. Coast Guard-approved boat cushions must be in the boat at all times. Possession and/or use of alcoholic beverages by participants is prohibited.

4. TACKLE AND EQUIPMENT: Any legal type of fishing equipment may be used.

5. PERMITTED FISHING LOCATION: Fishing is permitted any place on Norris Lake water. However, no fishing is permitted from the dock.

6. LAKE HEADQUARTERS: Lake Headquarters shall be Pennington 33 Bridge Marina. Official weighing station shall be at the marina.

7. DON'T KILL YOUR CATCH: Each contestant will be expected to keep his catch alive. FISH MUST BE ALIVE WHEN WEIGHED.

8. TOURNAMENT FISHING & WEIGH IN: Saturday, May 3rd from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.; Sunday May 4th from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. local time.

9. LATE PENALTY: Contestants who are not in the official weigh-in station by 2:00 p.m. Sunday May 4th shall be disqualified.

10. TIES: In case of a tie, money shall be divided equally between contestants.

11. All fish must meet specified regulations on Norris Lake.
